Contractor Terms and Conditions
This agreement describes the Terms and Conditions applicable to your use of our services at Service Seekers. A service provider with Service Seekers acknowledge, accepts, and agrees to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

Provided Information
Information about you will be submitted to homeowners in response to your interest in their service request. You agree to provide true, accurate and complete information as prompted during the registration process. You also agree to update this information to maintain its accuracy. Service Seekers reserve the right to terminate your account upon the discovery that the information you provided is not accurate. Circumvention of Fee Structure
You agree not to engage in any action or activities meant to circumvent our site or our fees.

Bidding
You agree to place accurate bids that reflect the amount of time and effort you plan to commit in order to provide complete satisfaction.

Quality Standards
You agree to maintain the highest standards and in accordance with applicable law, regulation, safety, codes and permits. Service providers also agree to be properly equipped to perform home improvement projects.

Indemnity
Service provider agrees to take all necessary precautions to prevent property damage or personal injury to any customer or their work. You also agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Service Seekers, it’s officers, directors, employees, agents and partners from and against any claims, actions, demands, expense and injury to person or property resulting directly or indirectly on the part of the service provider of sub contractor employed by the service provider.

Authorized Payments
Your Agreement to pay for any amount you authorize us to charge against you credit card is final.

Insurance Policy
You agree to maintain your stated general liability insurance policy for the duration of your Service Seekers membership.

Site Modifications
We may change, modify, add or remove certain features of our service from time to time. If you are dissatisfied with and such changes you may cancel you account by

Termination
Either Service Seekers or the service provider may terminate this agreement for any reason without notice. Service Seekers reserves the right to terminate any user for any reason. This includes and not limited to failure to comply with terms and conditions, failure to pay for service rendered and failure to provide and maintain high quality service to a service request.
