Q. Am I obligated to use Service Seekers professionals?
A. No. We provide you with local professionals interested in your project, but
the final choice is up to you.
Q. Once I choose a service professional, what happens to my service request?
A. At Service Seekers, we allow you to interview up to four service professionals.
You can update, change or withdraw your request at anytime.
Q. What is “My Account” and how does it work?
A. “My Account” is your private space on our web site where Service
Seekers keep your profile information. When logged in, you can update your address,
contact number or email address. You can also change you password if necessary.
Q. What if I forget my username and/or password?
A. Remember, your User Name is your e-mail address. Go here and provide the e-mail
address for your account. We'll e-mail a new temporary password to you immediatelyimmediatly. Please remember to change this
password to something private as soon as you login.
