Q. What is "My Account"?
A. "My Account" is a private secure location that you manage and control.
Using your password and e-mail address you can obtain leads, update your company
profile,send estimates for purchased leads to the homeowners, submit comments
explaining your estimate, view descriptive photos submited by homeowners, obtain
directions to the service address, view previous purchased leads and view all
available projects posted by homeowners.
Q. What if I forget my username and/or password?
A. Remember, your User Name is your e-mail address. Go here and provide
the e-mail address for your account. We'll e-mail a new temporary password to you immediately. Please remember
to change this password to something private as soon as you login.
